Summer camp planning made easy! 
Sign Up For Camp is a new website designed by local parents to make it easier to plan children's summer camps.  Parents can search for camps by age, location, dates and activities.  There are over 400 SF Bay Area camps for all grades as well as overnight camps.  Camps can be saved to a summer calendar and shared with friends. Camp Menlo: Making Summer Magic!
Spend the summer splashing with friends at the Burgess Pools in Menlo Park. Week-long day camps offer swimming, water games, field games, and crafts for ages 5-12. Looking for a Fantastic Summer Camp? 
Decathlon Sports Club is registering girls and boys, ages 6-12 for its 30th summer of fun!  We offer virtually every sport under the sun PLUS Capture the Flag, swimming, arts & crafts, dance, and more. Special Friday events include field trips, carnival games, pizza, and prizes.  Camp will once again be held at Woodside High School from 9 am - 3:45 pm. Camp Galileo (pre-K – 5th grades): Voted "Best Camp for Kids" in Bay Area Parent and the San Francisco Bay Guardian, Camp Galileo is a summer day camp where kids enjoy art, science and outdoor programming every day. This summer we are offering four exciting weeks of curriculum: Ocean Expeditions, Mission to the Moon & Psychedelic ‘60s, Amusement Park Engineers & Medieval Art and Adventures in Flight & Egyptian Art.

Galileo Summer Quest (entering 5th8th grades): Summer fun designed with older campers in mind! Design your perfect summer day, choosing from a selection of Majors, such as Fashion Design, Go-Karts and Video Game Design. Campers also participate in two Minors from a variety of topics, including Hip-Hop Dance, Science of Explosions and Sports.

5th Grade Girls Summer AAU Basketball Program at La Entrada

The Menlo Xtreme, a new local AAU Basketball Club, is now forming a Monday evening program for girls entering the 5th Grade in the Fall of 2010. The Menlo Xtreme is recruiting girls from any of our local area schools.  Each Monday evening, these two-hour basketball “playdates” will include some skill training though the central theme is for the participants to have an opportunity to play fun and exciting Summer-time basketball games. Panthers Camp
Panthers Camp is designed exclusively for youth, 6 – 12 years of age (campers younger than 6 must be entering 1st grade to be eligible to attend camp).  Panthers Camp is located at Corte Madera School in Portola Valley and is directed by Dan Flahavan, CMS Athletic Director and physical education instructor.  Dan has over 22 years experience developing and directing camps.
 
Campers participate in a core group of physical activities, which enhance self-confidence, cooperation, sportsmanship, lifelong fitness, and an appreciation for a wide variety of sports.
