| 70% Make Magic Happen! Have You?
Due to the incredibly generous support from 70% of our Oak Knoll
families (and 90% of our teachers & staff), we've almost reached
our goal of raising $200 for each and every Oak Knoll student.
For the 30% of you who haven't joined the PTO yet, we're extending
the drive for one more week. Please join right away. Your support at
any level , be it $10 or $2000, is needed and your children will
benefit greatly!
Click here to download a donation form or pick one up in the Oak Knoll office.

| Summer Booksharing Program- books needed back
Thanks
to all who participated in the summer booksharing program
started by Ms. Cebrian. I hope you all were able to enjoy one or
more
of the fabulous books that went home. Alas, all good things must
come
to an end and its time for the books to come back to Oak Knoll. If you
have one of the books from the summer reading program (they'll have
Read It, Rate It, Pass It On
inside the front cover) please finish reading it and bring it to Ms.
Cebrian in Room 4. If you need time to finish it, just let me
know you
still have it. You can check the blog at
oksummerreading.blogspot.com for a list of books that are still out
there. Thanks again for all of the positive feedback

Mindfulness to the complex, sometimes overwhelming responsibilities of daily
life with children might actually allow for grace amidst the chaos. Next course
begins in October 8th. For more information please contact Amy Saltzman M.D.
